About
I’m Hunter, pursuing an M.S. in Computer Science at RIT with an Advanced Certificate in AI/ML. I like learning how AI is evolving and following new technologies and research, then turning that curiosity into things people can actually use. Outside class I’m usually running, playing team sports, doing gymnastics, or snowboarding when I can. I like being outside, relaxing at a lake or at the beach. I also cook, keep a small aquarium, and build personal projects.
My undergraduate degree is a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology with a minor in Manufacturing Technology. MATLAB and Arduino pulled me toward the software side, including a project that explored nuclear power-plant configurations under real-world constraints. Internships at Synergy Tooling Systems and Multi Parts helped me grow as an engineer and deepen my passion by taking ideas through design into parts, fixtures, and documented procedures on the way to production. Long term I want to keep learning, ship end-to-end products, and eventually lead a team or own a product or project.
